Q. I am a job seeker. How can I search the job board?
A. Search the jobs either by choosing a job sector or job location from the drop downs at the top of the page or type in keywords into the search site field at the left side of the site.

Q. How can I apply for a job?
A. At the bottom of each job posting are instructions for applying to the particular job. Some postings require you to send your resume to CPP while some require you to send your resume directly to the company. Be sure to include the job reference ID at all times when submitting your resume for a job.

Q. What type of Christians does CPP offer their services to?
A. CPP services are open to all Christians, our goal being to bring any people who share the love of God together for mutual benefit.

Q. As an employer, how can I post a job to your job board?
A. You need to have a CPP Site Login to add a job to the CPP Job Board. If you don’t have a CPP Site Login yet, click on the Get A CPP Site Login link to get an account. Once you have a CPP Site Login you can add a job to the CPP job board.

Q. What are the fees to post a job to your job board?
A. CPP offers a variety of flexible fee options for posting a job. At the time of the job post you will be asked to choose your fee structure. Option A is a free posting on our job board with a recruiting fee based on a successful placement of an applicant. Option B allows you to post a job on the board for 90 days at a cost of $99.

Q. What are the differences in the payment options?
A. If you choose to post a job as a free posting, all candidate resumes will be sent to the CPP Recruiting Agents. If you choose the $99 posting method your contact information will be included in the job posting and resumes will be sent directly to you.

Q. How long will my job stay posted on the board?
A. Jobs will stay on the board for 90 days. You must contact us after 90 days to renew the posting.

Q. How can I get a login for the CPP website?
A. From the main page, click the Get A Site Login link or click here. After providing some contact information you will be sent an email. This email will contain your password and will have a link that you must click to activate your CPP Site Login account. If you do not activate your account, you will not be able to login to the site.

Q. What does having a CPP Site Login get me?
A. At this time, a CPP Site Login is used for posting jobs to the CPP job board. Check back soon as CPP plans to offer more online services to both employers and additional services for registered job seekers.

Q. What does posting a job involve?
A. To post a job, login using your CPP Site Login. You will be taken to a form allowing you to define the job title, definition and other details such as salary and start date. After entering the job you will be asked to choose a payment method. After posting a job, a CPP Recruiting Consultant will contact you.

Q. I just posted a job and it is not showing in the job board, why is that?
A. After posting your job it will be reviewed by a CPP Recruiting Consultant before moving to the CPP job board. Most jobs are made available on the job board within a business day.
